About David

Our inner self has become more of a beggar, forever wanting, forever needing, has become a slave to his many habits even though those habits do not give him happiness.

Our habits can be seen not to quench our desire for happiness; yet when looked at, our habits are one of the main causes to our unhappiness.

Our habits now only serve to handcuff and chain us to our inner sorrow and problems, secretly causing us to feel more stressed out most of the time. We might have become rich on the outside, yet we are completely empty and need filling with riches on the inside.

Time Out4u is cutting edge, in that it deals with you being able to cut the ties to your old self whilst allowing you to build bridges, ladders and paths with logical, simple to understand methods, to reach a new, higher you.

If you feel happy and content with your life and think material gains and its trappings are the solution and way forward to a better, happier, richer life, then this book is certainly not for you. If on the other hand, you feel that it makes sense to put down that which has caused you sorrow in your life so far, and trying a new path and approach with new riches, rewards and concepts, then read on.

David asks you: If what you was doing in life was so good and rewarding, you’d not be looking now for anything and reading this book: if you felt there was not a hole, you‘d not be trying now to fill it in. We all have an emptiness, a hole within us: some small, some huge.

The holes will only ever bigger the more we rush about. Time Out4u gives you the binoculars to see the hole and the shovel to fill it in. The result can be a whole, perfect you.

What Has The Author Created In Time Out4u?

It really is a relaxation course with a kick in it; that is, if you’re prepared to bend over and admit that there might be more to life than what you think.

Make the correct effort at the right time and Time Out4u can launch you into a new lifestyle which leaves your old self sitting in your armchair of sorrow.

We could all do with a kick at times into thinking and trying to be a better person, a richer person, on the inside. We are all guilty of compliancy, of being ruled by our habits, our bed, the TV or PC. We grow unhealthily handcuffed to our old self, a self that even we get fed up of.

Time Out4u offers you a push, a nudge in the right direction and which can wake us up from that armchair of slumber.

Time Out4u is a course that offers structure to your day, from the time you go to bed, waking up, seeing and doing, breaking old habits, examining you, your strengths and weaknesses, to the rewards you may expect for your efforts, to diet, to the importance of trying to keep your head in the clouds.

The course is also aimed at those who like a philosophical look at life. It looks at real lives spent at home in the kitchen cooking, at work, in traffic, in trouble, in stress, chained to the same old habits and sorrow that we always are.

Success Is Only A Thought Away.

Time Out4u offers a solution and something for everyone, even if they are unaware of it. It is a modern, guided, thought provoking journey taking the individual away from a life set remembering either the past, or lost somewhere dreaming of the future, which never comes, to being able to live successfully in the here and now.

David has targeted the readership of Time Out4u to just about anyone who wears shoes, steps out their front door, or stops in the house, has a family, lives alone, drives, walks, eats junk foods or health foods, feels happy or sad, and who deep down wants a better, more happy and fulfilling life that is well away from the roller coaster ride of life today with its minute of happiness and pleasure followed by four hours of misery and suffering.

Time Out4u is aimed at anyone who breathes yet wants to breathe and live with more peace and happiness in their life. For without true peace and happiness in our lives, what do we have?

The book points out:

It’s up to you if you wish to stay sat in the armchair of sorrow and habit or are prepared to get up and change and walk to happiness and a new life. Both lifestyles require the same effort, with the one giving the usual and predictable result of sorrow, whilst the other one gives the reward of happiness.

David has spoken on local radio on the benefits of meditation, on the importance of having a healthy, non-violent vegetarian diet in one’s life.

David has been practicing, teaching and running meditation course and organizing talks for the past 25 years with a large degree of success; all for free, as a service, with the desire of trying to move forward and lead a higher way of living.

Has regular philosophical articles published worldwide covering many aspects of spirituality, its benefits and how best to overcome and view problems in our lives; and how to lead a more positive life based on the true, often hidden, nature within us all. We all have a lake of goodness, peace and kindness within us; we have just forgotten how to swim inside that lake.

David Jones is 54, has a passion for philosophy and trying to make the world a better place through the belief, notion and conquest of the old self can lead to a higher way of thinking and living: changing yourself, is changing the world, is his strong conviction. Only self-transformation can bring about world transformation. He feels, if you change, the world will also change. If you change for the better, the world has also to change for the better. He feels that in our ever increasing rush to gain external riches, it has always been at the expense of our inner self who is now become very poor indeed, even poverty stricken.
