A. It would depend on why you would like a treatment, if it's for relaxation a back massage would be a good choice, if you are feeling low and need a pick me up you could try a facial, or if you have a special occasion or just want a treat a manicure would make an ideal first treatment.

Q. I've never had a treatment before and I'm a bit embarrassed about the condition of my skin.

A. People who have never had a treatment before tend to be a bit nervous, are unsure of what exactly happens or are embarrassed about the condition of various parts of their body. As a therapist I treat a wide range of people with a wide range of different conditions, people always think that they have the "worst feet in the world" or "I don't want to have a body massage because of my cellulite". All of these reactions are perfectly normal but I get a great deal of job satisfaction if I can improve the way you look or make you feel more relaxed.

So never worry about having a treatment, I will always explain what it is I will be doing and you can ask me as many questions as you want.

Q. What clothing would I need to remove to have a facial or body massage?

A. For a facial only your top needs to be removed, your bra may stay on although I would need to move the straps off of the shoulders, a towel will cover up the breast area at all times.

For a full body massage or exfoliation, all clothing apart from your briefs would need to be removed, however all parts of the body are kept covered apart from the specific area that I am working on i.e. left arm, right leg etc.

Q. I would like to buy a treatment as a gift for someone, can you suggest one?
